DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All clothing and bags are made to order and can take up to 10 working days to dispatch. If you need your item for a specific date, please email us and let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

Prints are dispatched in 1-2 days.

Items are sent First Class Royal Mail. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

Items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of dispatch date. Please email us and let us know that you will be returning the item and the reason why. Repackage the item in the same condition that you received it and send it to: Kim & Tonic, Unit 74, Viewpoint, Consett Business Park, Villa Real, County Durham, DH8 6BN, along with your dispatch note. Please get proof of postage. We will notify you once we have received the item, and will either exchange or refund as per your request.

Please note, we cannot refund or exchange customised items (i.e. names, personal messages on clothing) unless they are faulty when received.
